FloS ("the App") is developed by itelniy ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information when you use FloS.
FloS does not collect, transmit, or sell any of your personal data. Everything you do in the app — your flow sessions, tags, and statistics — stays on your device.
We do not require an account to use FloS. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or any other personal information. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
FloS stores the following information locally on your device, using Apple's SwiftData framework:
This information is never sent to us or to any third party. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it, unless a backup/sync feature (described below) is enabled.
FloS asks for permission to send local notifications so you know when a focus round or break has ended. These notifications are generated and scheduled entirely on your device — no notification content or scheduling data is sent to any server.
If FloS offers a subscription, all payment is handled directly by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple's own privacy policy governs the information collected during purchase — see apple.com/legal/privacy.
If FloS offers an iCloud backup or sync feature, your flow data is stored in your own private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service. We do not have access to this data — it is encrypted and controlled entirely by your Apple ID and Apple's iCloud privacy terms.
FloS is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children, since we do not collect information from anyone.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
