Terms of Use for FloS

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of FloS (the "App"), developed by itelniy ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using FloS, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FloS on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and these Terms.

2. Your content

Any flow sessions, tags, and notes you create in FloS remain yours. We claim no ownership over your data. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is stored.

3. Subscriptions

FloS may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Subscription") that unlock additional features.

Free trial: If offered, a free trial begins when you start it and lasts for the period stated in the app (e.g., 3 days). You can cancel any time during the trial without being charged.
Billing: If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan is charged to your Apple ID account at the price shown in the app.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Managing or canceling: You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Canceling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
Price changes: We'll notify you in advance of any price changes, as required by Apple's guidelines.

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use FloS for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
Use the App in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair it

5. Disclaimer of warranties

FloS is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific productivity goals.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, itelniy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, FloS.

7. Changes to the app or these terms

We may update FloS and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to FloS if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
